| Free Summer Children's Craft Program The Amelia Island Museum of History will present a storytelling and craft program for children ages 5-7 from 11am to 12pm every Tuesday from June 10-August 12. This free community programs will lead children into the lives of the Timucua Indians, the first inhabitants of Florida--a journey of more than 4,000 years. | The Amelia Island Museum of History presents "Remembering the Post Office on Centre" exhibit The Amelia Island Museum of History will feature the exhibit "Remembering the Post Office on Centre" in the first floor Gaslight Gallery through September 28. The exhibit features a series of 30 archival photographs documenting the historic building from excavation to completion, artifacts on loan from Postmaster Ron Steedley, and clips of oral history projected on a large screen.
