Conquered by Eight Flags – Eight national flags have flown over Amelia Island giving it a rich past. Well-versed docents perform tours of the museum and the historic district while offering fascinating insights and stories about the rich history of the island and its people.

Diverse Exhibitions – Exhibit areas are dedicated to Native American History, the Spanish Mission Period, Historic Preservation, the Civil War, Nassau County, and important people, places and events in the history of the island.

Local History – The Nassau County Room displays the diversity of the county’s population and economics and includes areas dedicated to the history of water, timber and tourism in the county.
